Hi ! I'm Alexandre.
After a fantastic experience surrounded by inspiring user experience professionals as a UX Research Intern at Back Market, I am now looking for my next professional opportunity as a junior in the field of UX.
My education has specialized me in Games User Research and UX Design, but as my journey shows, I am convinced that involving users in the development of any product or service is the key to its success. I am therefore open to contributing to any exciting and innovative project in need of a UX Researcher and Designer.
How I work
To me, communication is key. I make sure to stay in touch with team members at every step of the process to thoroughly understand the vision of any project I am involved in.
I believe the most important step in creating a user-centered experience is identifying who the end-users are. To achieve this, I help the team methodically define the target audience.
I use research as a means to provide a clearer vision of what already exists and what is possible. I benchmark, analyze, gather information, and propose optimal design solutions.
Drawing on my background in psychology and human factors, I apply cognitive sciences to better understand the needs, constraints, and behaviors of end-users.
I involve end-users in the development of the projects I work on through surveys, interviews, and testing. I firmly believe that users know what they want and expect from a product better than anyone else.
I methodically collect quantitative and qualitative data to gather as much valid information as possible on users’ behaviors and needs, as I am convinced that rigorous scientific methodology is foundational to any research project.
I analyze the data I collect using rigorous methodology and statistics, synthesize the information, and present it visually to help the team understand the results and make informed design decisions.
I use prototyping and wireframing to present and propose design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating UX principles, accessibility guidelines, and user insights.
I had the pleasure of working with Alexandre, our UX Design intern. His dual background in psychology and ergonomics, combined with his passion for interactive environments, brought a valuable and complementary perspective to my team in analyzing user needs. Alexandre has demonstrated an excellent ability to combine methodological rigor with creativity in his approaches. His ease in team collaboration and his dedication to each project make him a promising professional in the field of user experience.
